W-CDMA Patent Licensing Programme

Option 2: Standard License Agreement for all five Product Categories

A Standard License Agreement (SLA) or an Interim License Agreement (ILA) are available immediately for all five Product Categories. The SLA and ILA are bilateral agreements between a licensee and a single licensor. Multiple SLAs are required to cover all the W-CDMA Essential Patents licensed under the W-CDMA Patent Licensing Programme.

The objective of the ILA is to enable both parties, if they agree, the flexibility to negotiate during a pre-defined period a non-standard license respecting specific business and licensing goals.

Overview of the SLA

With who can we conclude an SLA?

All Licensors listed under Licensors.

Which patents are included in the SLA?

All W-CDMA Essential Patents contained in the lists are available for licensing for all Product Categories under the SLA: lists of W-CDMA Essential Patents.

How can we optain a copy of the SLA?

Please e-mail your name, position, company and address to the address below and copies of the requested license(s) will be sent to you. Request SLA Agreement.
